Breathe, stretch, relax & restore your body & mind while bonding with your baby. This class offers gentle yoga and pilates to connect you back to your core. Suitable for everyone. All ages of babies, all levels of yoga. We offer a lovely space in which to meet other moms and have some funtime with your new baby.
How much does it cost and do I need to pre-register?
All just yoga passes are applicable to these and all other regular classes. Pre-registration isn't necessary - just aim to arrive 15 mins before start of class for your first time.
What do I need to get started?
You don't need anything except some comfy, stretchable clothing - no jeans, belts etc.
Don't eat anything heavy one hour before class.
We have a mat you can borrow or you can buy one from our shop :-)
For your first class please arrive 15 before class starts to register at the desk.
