A downward dog-free class option for anyone who wants to increase joint flexibility as well as decrease stress and stiffness in the body without strain on the joints. Every class includes myofascial release work (you can use a rolling pin or massage/tennis/golf ball) , and will also include postures and movements for stretching the neck and shoulders and well as lower back and hips. Stretch & release is gentle and suitable for students of all levels including beginners. Any person of any age may do this class.
