Shoulder release...is back! with Tomas Hicks
Date TBC 1-3pm
$30 per person
Our shoulder girdle is often tight, weak and closed forward. Our hearts are not protected from the back and our hearts and lungs are compressed in the front. This has real and serious consequences on how we face life and how much prana flows in our life.
These two-hours will change all that! We will employ my0fascial release, sensory motor amnesia movements and Ease & Release work, including yoga poses, to open our hearts and lives for a full life.
We will explore the idea of the shoulders not being the 'holders' of responsibility and look at how we allow our habits to ride our backs into a hunched position.
