Sally completed her 500hr Yoga Teacher Training in Dublin and India and has spent several years teaching both adults and children in Dublin, Barbados and Vancouver. In addition to her dedication to yoga, Sally has also explored Mindfulness, earning an MSc in
Mindfulness-based Interventions from University College Dublin. She has facilitated courses in
general mindfulness, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and mindful parenting. Sally corporates mindfulness aspects into her yoga classes with the main focus being on mind/body
awareness rather than on alignment.
Sally's classes are a dynamic, flowing moving meditation; allowing students the space and
freedom to become more in tune with their breath and sensations in their body, for a sense of
ease in the rest of their lives.
