Nastasja's classes include a strong focus on alignment, how to move safely, and attention to breath as a way to become fully present in the here and the now. She offers lots of support, and allows others to explore their boundaries, cultivating courage, and moving with integrity. She encourages students to slow down, and to listen to the wisdom that they already have within.
