Myofascial fitness is the release, stretch & stimulation of the body's connective layers using a variety of massage balls & dowels. Bring your dancing feet for a bit of spring in your step! It's an easy technique to release muscle and tissue tension whilst also hydrating and restoring muscles and connective tissue to an optimal condition of resiliency, strength and flexibility. Coupling Yoga with myofascial fitness is an excellent way to age gracefully, maintain health of your tissues, increase flexibility and purge pyscho-emotional-somatic blocks. Myofascial release uses blocks, dowels and balls of varying sizes. Tomas follows principles from Thomas Myers Anatomy Trains series. No experience necessary.
