Pranayama & Meditation at JY
Join our Pranayama sessions where we come together 2 mornings each week (Tues & Thurs) to practice different breathing techniques and meditation. We will explore breathwork such as box breathing, belly breathing, bhastrika, kapalabhati, brahmari breath, and end with a short meditation.
