Pranayama & Meditation Club at JY

Join our Pranayama & Meditation community where we come together 4 mornings each week (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri) to explore different breathing techniques and meditation. We will dive into breathwork such as box breathing, belly breathing, bhastrika, kapalabhati, brahmari breath, along with simple meditation techniques.
The session is slightly different each morning but we practice at least 15 minutes of breath work in each half hour session, and it is suitable for anybody who is new to pranayama and meditation as well as people who already have a practice.
