Pranayama & Meditation at JY
Join our Pranayama & Stretch sessions where we come together to practice different breathing techniques and meditation. We will explore breathwork such as box breathing, belly breathing, bhastrika, kapalabhati, brahmari breath, and end with a short meditation.
