This workshop uses gentle therapeutic yoga, pranayama (breathwork) and bio-energy healing techniques to help you reduce your experience of pain and give you tools to manage the pain in your life.
what is bio-energy healing?
Bio-Energy Healing is a non-invasive natural and gentle therapy that can help alleviate physical, emotional, and mental illness and pain by using a series of specific hand techniques to detect and remove blocks in the natural flow of energy through a person’s bio-field (energy field or aura).
Therapeutic yoga uses gentle poses to help the body open comfortably, and pranayama (breathwork) to restore your nervous system to the relaxed parasympathetic mode.

This workshop is especially suitable for anyone with chronic pain, injury, fibromyalgia, repetitive strain or pain or injuries from physical activities such as running.
Not suitable for those severely limited in movement, or recently hospitalised due to injury, or against doctor's advice.

Meredith Chapple
Meredith Chapple teaches Therapeutic yoga, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga throughout Vancouver. Meredith discovered yoga after she herself had a running injury and never looked back. She took hatha yoga training in Mysore, India and with the Yoga Outreach program here in Vancouver. Meredith has worked with special needs students and women in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. She uses restorative yoga poses, breathwork and meditation to calm, soothe and help manage conditions of pain.

Casey Moulton
Casey Moulton is a certified Bio-Energy Healing practitioner and a firm believer in the body's incredible capacity to heal itself. She began her training with veteran Bio-Energy Healing practitioner and teacher Michael D’Alton in 2010. Casey has given over 200 hundred hours of treatments, and completed a 90 page case study on Bio-Energy Healing's effectiveness in treating physical pain, anxiety, improving sleep quality, and rapidly increasing the healing time of injuries.
Casey founded her company Keidas Health earlier this year with the aim of empowering and educating people to consciously create their own health.
