Yoga has been a part of Kim’s life for over 17 years - the practice has helped her grow stronger and more grounded, both on and off the mat. Kim teaches Restorative, Flow, Yin, and PyroPilates. She completed her 200 hour Foundation training with Semperviva Yoga in 2009, as well as trainings in hot yoga, yin, PyroPilates and most recently a course on the Nervous System and Restorative Yoga.
