Katherine's classes explore the power of breath, mindful movement, and self-compassion. In her teaching, she aims to support her students in enriching their own physical and mental health from a place of non-judgement. Her extensive training in anatomy as an RMT guides her in offering a safe and supportive practice to students of all levels.
