Jeni
Jeni is the owner & founder of just yoga. She created Just Yoga as a community space offering people different ways to heal, to reach their full potential through connecting with body, mind and spirit, while sharing the journey with others in a supported and friendly environment.
"The idea of just yoga is to bring together into one space the healing tools & techniques that have helped me along the way. I experienced severe trauma and anxiety myself at an early age in Scotland, which set me on a path of healing & discovery, starting in my late teens. With Just Yoga I wanted to create a safe place where emotional & physical trust is key to everything we do, and therefore enables deep healing to take place. Whilst the Covid pandemic has forced us to move to an online-only platform, we still try to maintain that sense of community and friendly banter online.
In classes, Jeni encourages, supports and challenges students to explore their potential, releasing uneasiness from their bodies and making better connections with self, others and the environment. Using humour and life analogies, she will encourage you to explore and find space in your body, release emotional tension, dig deep to find strength, and open your mind to new possibilities, using the tools of yoga, meditation and other body-mind therapies to bring more strength, clarity and balance into your life.
