Jeni has been studying and teaching yoga and mind-body awareness techniques for over 15 years, in Europe and in Vancouver B.C. Hailing from Edinburgh in Scotland, she studied Hatha Yoga with the British Wheel of Yoga and Kundalini Yoga with the 3H0 Foundation in Vancouver, she is influenced, amongst many others, by the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and the Bihar School of Yoga in India.
Jeni has also taken Mahavidya Meditation training with Parvathi Nanda Nath from the Kashmirian Shaivit tradition. She has undergone training and workshops in pilates, Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, meditation, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Shiatsu, Hakomi and sound healing, and is influenced and inspired by many great teachers, speakers and freethinkers.
Building strong foundations is key to her approach, taking one step at a time, in life and in yoga. Slowing things down and providing an antidote to the demands of city & daily life. Jeni is committed and passionate about finding new ways to heal and grow in mind, body & spirit every single day.
When not busy running just yoga Jeni is out on the trails with her heeler/border collie puppy Kaya.
