Transformational Breath® is a self-healing technique that uses a simple breath pattern together with bodywork, sound vibration and affirmations to open the breath and release tension, trauma and negative patterning in the body.

- Stimulates circulation
- Improves the flow of energy through the body
- Can reduce or alleviate many conditions and ailments such as stress, respiratory ailments, headaches, low energy, addictions, anaerobic diseases, and many others.

Alex Hutton
In this introductory workshop, Alex will explain the history, science and benefits of the technique, and share her personal experiences with transformational breathing.
This will be followed by a breathing analysis demonstration, partner exercises to start to learn the techniques through observing, and finally a group guided breathing session led by Alex.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and eat only lightly in the hour before the workshop. Water is available although it's a good idea to bring a water bottle.
