Our all levels hatha yoga class is suitable for everyone and a good place to start if you're new to Yoga. Postures and movements that are accessible to all, with lots of modifications for all types of body and fitness level. These classes will get the body moving, release tension and re-connect mind to body to breath. Most classes start with a short grounding practice and sometimes some breathwork (pranayama).
