Hanna is originally from Australia, and moved to Vancouver after living & teaching in London for over 7 years. Her classes combine the styles of both hatha and vinyasa flow. She teaches traditional postures with dynamic and breath-led transitions. The pace is sometimes slower, sometimes faster and each and every class is adapted to suit the energies (physical, mental & emotional) of the students that day.
She creates and holds the space for students to work seriously, smile, breathe, let go and have fun during their practice. Hanna's classes are open to all levels.
