Stress brought George to yoga and he quickly realized that it was to be one of the most important things in his life.
His mission now is to bring yoga to those who don’t yet know that they need it. His teaching style centres around breath, humility and awakening, the latter taking different forms for different people. George's classes are accessible to all levels but offer the opportunity for further physical challenge.
