FloW Yoga

 Flow
A dynamic hatha yoga class with movements flowing from one to another
synchronizing breath with movement to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Flow has its roots in Vinyasa Yoga and builds heat in the body. Designed to move your body continuously, get circulation going, and increase heart rate.  All levels welcome. Beginners, please use your discretion  - if you are unsure or have restricted movement we suggest starting with all levels classes before trying a flow class.
What do I need for class?
Wear comfy, stretchable clothing.
