Core Fitness classes at Just Yoga

Core & Restore 
A core strengthening class for the whole body based on Pilates, to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. Pilates-type movements focus on your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, bum, and so on, so it helps you develop strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture — with a much lower chance of injury than with active or aerobic forms of exercise. Emphasizes correct form instead of going for the burn. Class ends with a relaxation.
