Core & Restore with Sally
Core strengthening for the whole body based on Pilates, to improve muscle-strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Focusing on the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh and gluts. Session ends with a relaxation.

You will need: a mat, 2 small hand-weights or food cans of the same weight (optional a blanket for relaxation)
