Christof started yoga for the physical benefits and to reduce the stress associated with Crohn's Disease, and quickly discovered how that barely scratched the surface. He has struggled with trauma, depression, anxiety, and body image issues since a young age, and has found Yoga to be a very effective healer. It allows us to connect to, and become more aware of, our bodies, emotions, behaviours, and every experience we have.
