Aisling's inspiration for teaching stems from nature. She includes seasonal elements in her classes along with conscious movement and simple, yet effective breath exercises. Aisling’s classes will bring you into presence with your body, mind, and spirit, so that you leave feeling refreshed and recalibrated. She always offers some form of guided meditation to calm your nervous system, creating a space for gentle rest, ease and mindfulness in the body.
Aisling is trained in Hatha, Kundalini and Yoga Nidra. Her classes also include components from her additional passions: Celtic Wisdom, Taoist Meditation, Somatic Experiencing, and Chakra Energy Movement.
