Restorative postures to calm your nervous system and settle the body into deep relaxation, followed by a Yoga Nidra guided meditation.  Yoga Nidra is especially effective for people who struggle to settle their minds during their meditation practice. It provides an anchor for the mind, which helps you let go of intrusive thoughts, and release into a very deep state of relaxation.

Face your fears, sharpen your senses and dive deep within, with the explorative practice of blindfold yoga. Explore new possibilities through guided yoga practice, while being blindfolded. Without sight the other senses become heightened. Once blindfolded, free of visual distractions, your journey inward takes centre stage as you rely on the other senses as a guide, while you feel your way through.
