Important policies re passes:
All passes are non refundable and non-transferable, unlimited passes can be put on hold for periods of longer than 3 weeks (excludes 4 week intro). Passes can only be extended beyond their expiry date on purchase of a new pass. Member passes never expire. Monthly autopay pass requires one month's cancellation notice. Six month minimum autopay pass requires a commitment of 6 months and thereafter one month's notice; early cancellations will incur $80 charge.
