Anne's classes bring a gentle, mindful approach.
After life presented Anne with some challenges, yoga taught her to be honest and kind to herself, physically and mentally. To listen to her body, respect its limitations and appreciate its strength. Anne hopes to empower her students to do the same and become their own teacher.
